Responsibilities:
- Workflow Solutions Engineer will build relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on workflow software in an industrial setting
- Collaborate with project teams to develop reliable, cost-effective, high-quality solutions in the Digital Commercial Print industry
- Serve as the primary interface between customer support engineers and product development teams
- Attend support calls, work directly with customers, and visit sites to resolve incidents. Identify root causes, develop solutions, and plan customer deployments
- As a Workflow Solutions Engineer, you will communicate issue status, progress, and resolution with management and development partners
- Leverage R&D knowledge to perform Tier 4 functions and ensure successful NPI of key programs
- Share resolution knowledge with Tier 1-3 teams to reduce support request lifecycle and increase incident resolution rates
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software or Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience
- Networking experience with VLANs and security
- Experience with inkjet printing processes and technologies
- Basic understanding of commercial printing processes, especially for communicating with customers
- Practical knowledge of PDF file preparation and analysis for printing, including color management, imposition, and preflight
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal and written); Additional European languages are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in communicating product architectures, design proposals, and negotiating at management levels
- Ability to confidently interact with customers, sales, support teams, and R&D engineering teams
- Capable of integrating technical information into actionable plans for Company customers and support
- Desired knowledge and experience in Linux and Windows server administration
- Desired experience with XML, Web APIs, and shell scripting
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
