Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT.

Summary:
This role requires understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of the company lines of business in order to enable change and deliver value to the organization. The Business Analyst conducts complex analysis on current and future state business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst will facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases


• Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels


• As a Business Analyst, you validate IT process design and documentation as needed for new enhancements; Create workflows and convey findings in PowerPoint, Excel and/or Visio

REQUIREMENTS:

• Deep knowledge of process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams) and modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, Camunda, Miro, Lucid)


• Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes


• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present performance feedback effectively


• Strong analytical ability


• Ability to work independently


• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
