Director of Facilities at Monadnock Family Services in Keene, New Hampshire

Job Description:

• Monadnock Family Services is seeking a Director of Facilities whose primary responsibilities will include the planning, directing and oversight of all activities to maintain the agency's facilities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with agency policies and strategic plan. Activities include maintenance, custodial, plant capital improvements, facility safety as well as preventative maintenance. Responsibilities include all agency owned and leased properties.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. Ideal candidate will demonstrate substantial experience with construction management, and supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, programming and ability to troubleshoot issues is a definite plus.
• Individual must demonstrate basic knowledge of skilled trades, grounds keeping, project planning, estimating and safety committee oversight.
• Able to physically do the tasks assigned. Pre-employment physical required with ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Be well organized with paperwork and follow through to complete tasks. Must demonstrate a proven ability to work independently and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Must hold a valid drivers license and insurance.
• Must have transportation.
• Agency will furnish equipment needed for projects.
