Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our client's mechanical construction, commercial construction and HVAC projects. We are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule. If you have a proven track record of success in project management, experience in the commercial construction and HVAC industry, and proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam software, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage mechanical construction, commercial construction and HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution and communication.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources allocation plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, RFIs, and submittals using Procore and Bluebeam software.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a positive work environment and culture of accountability.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mechanical construction, commercial construction or HVAC industry.
  • Primavera is a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully managing small and large-scale commercial projects ranging from $5000 to $20 million in project size.
  • Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam software for project management and document control.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
