Job Description:
The Temporary Property Assistant works with property management team to provide operational assistance and support as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative responsibilities including tenant move ins, move outs, handbooks.
- Maintain lists of vendors, track billings, work orders and contracts.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, answer questions and help to resolve issues.
- Update systems for all required information.
- Process invoices, track costs for buildouts and projects.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year relevant experience as working in commercial real estate property management
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong problem solving skills
- Energetic, responsive team player
- Self-starter and proactive, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing work load
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, and other property management systems a plus
