General responsibilities include: • Oversees all aspects of client relationships including: communication, report production, survey build, survey and data delivery, vendor management, website management (including customized Administrative Portals, unique to each client) • Builds surveys and advanced survey logic in ModernThink's proprietary database • Conducts historical quantitative and qualitative data research for report benchmarking and client background • Coordinates multiple survey projects simultaneously • Produces PowerPoint presentations for Executive Summaries. Audiences for these presentations include Executive Committees, Presidents/CEOs, Boards • Coordinates meetings, webinars and phone calls with Presidential Cabinets, Executive Teams, Boards, etc. • Facilitates HelpDesk during survey administration periods • Attends professional development conferences 1-2 times per year • Participates in cross-functional training in other departments including sales, marketing, and consulting
