What You'll Do:
Lead & Collaborate: Manage the entire Preconstruction department for our company. Lead Procurement, Project Management, and collaborate with our Engineering Manager and 3rd Party Structural and MEP Engineers in building our Shop Drawings and our Bill of Materials.
Own Client Relations: Support our CEO in managing client relationships and, over time, take full ownership of those key interactions.
Drive Innovation: Participate in engineering discussions to find innovative ways of fabricating and producing new modular elements.
Lead Projects: Seamlessly transition projects from the sales phase into preconstruction, ensuring everything is set up for success.
What We're Looking For:
Expertise: 5+ years of project management experience, and 7+ years of experience in the construction industry (modular experience is a big plus).
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or Building Construction).
Master Multitasker: Proven ability to juggle multiple complex projects and a knack for managing teams.
Learner's Mindset: We're seeking someone with an exceptional capacity to learn and adapt.
