If you are a Senior Project Engineer looking to make the jump to Project Manager, or a seasoned Project Manager ready to immediately take on new projects WE NEED YOU!
This position requires 7+ years of Project Manager experience in a self-perform environment and expertise in any of these areas: Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Grading, Paving, Roadways and/or Concrete Structures. The ideal Project Manager will be familiar with alternative delivery methods and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
You will initially be in charge of our client's newly formed AZ Division based in Northern Arizona. They are a $500M/yr Heavy Highway, Civil and Mining Contractor. You will be responsible to lead $100M annually in civil projects for Native American Enterprises as well as managing $70M/yr in Mining Civil projects.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the complete execution of Heavy Civil, Public Works and Sitework Construction projects.
You will manage a team of Project Superintendents, Project Engineer's and associated field management as well as subcontractors.
The Project Manager position's accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, project set-up, cost control, scheduling, full P&L responsibility, risk analysis, safety and complete project oversight.
Background Profile
7+ years' experience in Heavy Civil Construction
BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in managing projects from cradle to grave
Experience in managing self-perform forces in any of these areas: Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Grading, Paving, Roadways and/or Concrete Structures.
Experience with CPM scheduling in Primavera P6 a plus!
Project Engineers with 5+ years experience welcome to apply
