As the Project Manager at KB Painting & Refinishing, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations for multiple painting and refinishing projects, ensuring crews stay on schedule and deliver top-tier workmanship. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, addressing any customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with both crews and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Kitchen Cabinets Refinishing Crew and the Interior/Exterior Painting Crew, ensuring project quality and adherence to timelines.
Maintain direct communication with clients, addressing their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure all work meets the company's high standards.
Coordinate materials and supply deliveries to ensure crews have what they need to stay on schedule.
Be available to answer calls and provide support whenever crews are working, including weekends or evenings, if necessary.
Resolve any on-site issues or concerns from clients and crews efficiently.
Ensure safety protocols and industry standards are followed on all job sites.
Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate project scopes and timelines.
Provide detailed updates on project status to clients and management as required.
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with bilingual teams and clients.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours to align with crew schedules.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of painting and refinishing processes is preferred.
