The Experienced Client Support Associate position in the Ameriprise Advisor Center (AAC) is responsible for delivering effective support and service to clients and advisors, delivering a high-quality client experience throughout their region. This includes supporting peers and all regional teams by engaging clients in additional business (service to sales), transacting business, point work and first call resolution to inbound calls from clients. This is done by leveraging appropriate tools and following AAC standard work.
