POSITION OVERVIEW


Collegium is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Supply Chain professional to join our organization. The Senior Associate, Supply Chain, reports to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain and External Manufacturing, and will lead different aspects of the Supply Chain Operations related to certain products. They will lead activities related to supply operations planning, material movement, shipping & logistics, inventory management, operations process management, risk mitigation strategies, and other facets found within supply chain operations. This role contributes to the day-to-day operational activities of the department, complies with supply chain policies, best industry standards, and applicable regulations, and works in close collaboration with internal functions and external contract manufacturing organizations and vendors.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Proactively and independently manage production schedule, inventory levels, and shipment tracker to ensure materials are ordered, received, tested, and released in a timely fashion to support the integrated business plan

  • Partner with internal functions to integrate demand assumptions such as, ex-factory demand by product category and manufacturing assumptions of each unit of operation through the value chain, while ensuring changes to production strategy, manufacturing availability, and regulatory requirements are considered

  • Monitor inventory levels at each manufacturing unit of operation and 3PL and take preventive actions to avoid potential supply issues while minimizing product loss to expiry or destruction

  • Maintain strong partnerships and provide effective communications with all internal and external stakeholders

  • Represent supply chain in key discussions, problem solving efforts, and process improvements to ensure that performance targets are met

  • Manage production processes to support operational execution, including integrated business plans, dashboards, BRM and S&OP. Provide supply chain insight of product portfolio to support process improvements (i.e. change controls, Regulatory filings, artwork changes, and others)

  • Manage Collegium serialization program, including maintenance, problem solving, and governance

QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in Supply Chain; pharmaceutical/biotech preferred, but not required

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent execution skills

  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely matter

  • Experience managing contract manufacturing organizations

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular, in addition to Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) required

Pay Range$98,227—$116,584 USD
