How you'll make an impact:




The Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) is an outstanding, accelerated opportunity to develop the vital skills for a career as a Digital leader. The program is led by a dedicated Program Manager with oversight by the CIO and company IT Leadership Team.



DLDP participants will have the opportunity for multiple assignments over two (2) years that provide strategic direction in different facets of IT while allowing for exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leaders. Participants will gain proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, products / services, and regions. Additional learning opportunities include: formal development sessions; dedicated Executive Mentorship; utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology; and a network of outstanding LDP alumni across the organization.


Rotations will include the following functional areas / business operations:


  • Cybersecurity

  • Business Intelligence

  • eBusiness

  • AI/ML

  • Immersive Technology

  • Enterprise Applications

  • Global Infrastructure

  • Data Science

  • Data Engineering

  • IT Project Management


Start Date: The DLDP is set to begin July 14, 2025 and individuals are responsible for finalizing housing and transportation prior to program commencement and across each six (6) month rotation across the two (2) year program.




Compensation & Locations:




Our DLDP offers a starting salary of $80,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Assistance. Geographic flexibility is required both during and upon completion of the program.



How will you get here?



  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree between December 2024 and June 2025 in a Digital, Data Science or IT related field.

  • 1+ years of Digital, Data Science, or IT-related experience required (i.e. work experience, internships, special projects, etc.).

  • Strong desire and motivation to develop as a future Digital leader.

  • Consistent track record of teamwork demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.

  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.

  • Ability to interact with and influence colleagues and leaders at all levels of a matrixed environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and strong executive presence.
