We are hiring a Sr. Staff Accountant who will perform daily accounting operations, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, close functions, and more.

What you'll do.

• General ledger maintenance and COA maintenance.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements - performing month-end, quarter end, and year-end closing and associated financial reports.
• Perform all account reconciliation and journal entries,
• Maintain sub-ledger transactions and records.
• Set up and maintain operational, financial internal controls, and business processes.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Ensure complains with accounting standards and regulations.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Previous experience preparing and/or reviewing account reconciliation for all balance sheet accounts.
• Experience performing variance analysis of income statement and balance sheet to ensure financial statements are free of material misstatement.
• Maintained or participated in implementing internal controls.
• Ability to identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with technical accounting.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Participated in budgeting and forecasting.
• Previous experience with financial models and forecasting.
