Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a talented Principal Consultant. This role involves program management and process consultancy to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Santa Clara, CA or or be willing to relocate to the area prior to Onboarding


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• 9+ years of program and process consultancy experience.


• Proficiency in ADLC, Agile methodologies.


• Ability to lead projects of various complexities and scale


• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire service development life cycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site support for an enterprise application

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work hours aligned with Redmond time zone (required for collaborating with engineers who are mostly in Redmond).


• Solid technical aptitude and a passion for quality, strong debugging skills, experience designing and implementing web components.


• Strong Experience with Angular or React, C#/.NET Core, SQL, Azure, Logicapps.


• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar work item tracking


• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills


• Great curiosity and willingness to question, undaunted by hard technical problems


• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines


• Excellent verbal and written communication

This job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
