Job Title: Medical Claims Support Specialist


Hours: M-F 8am-5pm


Location: Onsite in New Brighton


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video within set response times


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions


• Review and answer questions regarding medical insurance details with customers


• Develop and maintain a consistent communication within the team


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the service experience


• Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure inquiries are resolved efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required


• Minimum 2 years of medical insurance experience


• Proficient with Microsoft Office


• Salesforce experience a plus


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency in problem-solving and customer relations
