Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys in our clients Trumbull office. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide paralegal support to a team of attorneys.
- Oversee and manage complex litigation cases.
- Draft and prepare legal pleadings.
- Coordinate and handle filings across multiple jurisdictions in the U.S.
- Organize and manage large volumes of documents and document productions.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in complex litigation.
- Experience handling cases in multiple New England states & New York.
- A bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
- Proven experience working on large, intricate litigation matters.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
