Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist for our client in San Jose, CA. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting start-up with an amazing culture!



We are looking for someone who is a team player with a positive attitude that is comfortable working in a very paced environment. The need to be able to adapt to challenges and changes quickly. The shipping role requires prior shipping and receiving experience, both international and domestic. We need someone who will have a sense of urgency to get shipments out to customers on time and packaged well, with the ability to work and think through challenges independently. This is a contract to hire position, M-F, 9am to 6pm, and the pay range is $26 to $30.

  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  


• Accurately process customer orders


• Review all orders for special requests and shipping information


• Insert items into containers and packaging efficiently


• Prioritize orders by pick-up and ship time


• Monitor inventory counts as necessary


• Maintain data and records related to shipping and receiving activities


• Understanding and filling out invoices for international shipments


• Monitor shipment to/from location domestically and international
