RMA Tester at Roth Staffing Companies in Fremont, California

Job Description:

We are seeking an RMA Tester to join a client in Fremont. This can be a temp-to-hire role based on performance. Hours for the role are Monday - Friday. Start time can be flexible between a 7:00 am - 9:00 am start and the shift is 8 hours per day.


Responsibilities:

• Testing product.


• Bug regression.


• Lab maintenance.


• Product repackaging, and duties set forth by the support manager.


• Test and confirm hardware failures that were diagnosed by Tech Support.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with hardware installation on Mac OS and Windows.


• Ability to test and troubleshot computers and computer related equipment including video equipment.


• Proficient with data entry.


• Specific tool training will be provided.
