Client Care Specialist/Bi-Lingual - Waterbury, CT. Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a fantastic community focused organization in need of a Front-End Administrative Support person. This position entails greeting clients, scheduling, answering, phones. Temp-Perm. $19/hr. Hours are Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. Responsibilities

• 
  Provide administrative support at behavioral health office
  


• 
  Greet clients, schedule visit and insurance verification
  


• 
  Translation of services for Spanish speaking clients
  


• 
  Oversee waiting area
  


• 
  Manage client payment accounts
  


• 
  Handles outgoing mail as well as distributing incoming
