Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist for our client in Folsom, CA! This is a temp to hire opportunity with a growing company!



Join our client with their growing and dynamic office, where your role as a Receptionist will be at the heart of our daily operations. This office is a fast-paced, busy environment with upward opportunities.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.


• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.


• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.


• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.


• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Accurate clerical skills and MS Office knowledge preferred.


• At least 1 year of previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
