Job Description:

ob Tile: Payroll Processor | Payroll Admin.
Location: Azusa, CA (100% on-site)
Pay Rate: $21-$26/hr.
Schedule: M- F, 7AM-4:30 or Flexible
Type: Temp-to-hire


Duties:
Auditing hours, and processing weekly payroll for 50 -150 emp. manually into internal ERP system
Post and reconcile payroll to the General Ledger
Calculate hours on Timecards to determine how to allocate time.
Prepares, audits, and sends weekly payroll data for all field employees, including any corrections from previous work weeks.
Enters inventory, runs reports and verifies all documentation that has been collected for Month End requirements.
Collect Month End Fuel information, enter data and compile reports monthly.
Enters material, labor and miscellaneous costing data in jobCore.


Requirements:
1+ years of Payroll processing exp.
Experience processing payroll for 20 - 50 employees - required
Knowledge of post and reconcile payroll to the General Ledger - will be helpful but not required
Constructions Industry highly desired
Bilingual - is a plus
