CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation Company is seeking a qualified Senior Computer Systems Engineer for our Atlanta, GA, location. We seek a team player to serve as an M365 Power Platform expert with a blend of technical and functional skills in Microsoft Power Platform products – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI/Fabric, Power Pages, AI builder and Dynamics 365 within an online infrastructure. The mission is to provide support and development services to CDC programs utilizing the Power Platform to build enterprise-grade solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Operation and maintenance of the Enterprise Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI/Fabric, Power Pages, AI builder and Dynamics 365, level 3 troubleshooting, load analysis, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis & monitoring, and other O&M activities.

· Provide customer service delivery and availability while ensuring Microsoft Enterprise Power Platform satisfaction.

· Monitor and troubleshoot solutions, including user experience, performance, and availability.

· Implement and manage security policies for solutions, including access controls, network security, and data protection.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting connectivity, performance, and application access issues.

· Develop and maintain documentation related to deployed solutions, including architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and user guides.

· Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to deployed solutions, including new features, tools, and technologies.

· Analysis of load, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis & monitoring.


  • 3+ years' experience as a Power Platform Service Administrator with exposure to analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, or otherwise maintaining enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions. Candidates should possess and demonstrate knowledge of administrative Power Platform fundamental concepts including licensing, environments, governance, access control, disaster recovery, and the limitations of the Microsoft Government Community Cloud.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years' experience developing and extending the Microsoft Power Platform with exposure to Dataverse, model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Pages, flows, AI builder, custom connectors and general application lifecycle management concepts specific to Power Platform.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Service Administrator with exposure to analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, or otherwise maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Power BI Service Administrator with exposure to analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, or otherwise maintaining enterprise-grade Power BI solutions. Candidates should possess and demonstrate knowledge of administrative Power BI fundamental concepts including licensing, workspaces, data gateways, governance, access control, disaster recovery and the limitations of the Microsoft Government Community Cloud.
  • 3+ years' extensive experience as an Office 365 support engineer in a sizeable mission-critical Office 365/Azure implementation. Experience with the administration of Office 365 suite of apps: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, M365 Groups, Planner, Teams, MS One-Drive, Azure Entra ID, Project Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • 1+ years' experience drafting or maintaining governance and support documentation to assist in administrating Microsoft Power Platform or other Office 365 services.

  • 3+ years' extensive experience developing or administering the Power Platform.
  • Working knowledge of the Power Platform Center of Excellence.
  • Working knowledge of the neighboring dependencies of Power Platform that are commonly found within a Microsoft tenant such as the Windows Operating System, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Project, Azure DevOps and Azure Entra ID.
  • Experience with SQL, DAX, Python, Scala, and RDBMS technologies is preferable.
  • Experience with PowerShell is preferable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API is preferable.
  • Willing to learn leading-edge Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong writing and documentation skills.
  • Strong organization and communications skills; communicate technical issues and resolutions to team, customers, and management.
