Are you ready to make an immediate impact? Sev1Tech is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Property Specialist and this could be you! Our ideal candidate will be a motivated, career and customer-oriented person, that will be responsible for managing all aspects of the and maintaining control over property on multiple contracts through various agencies and locations. The successful candidate will have broad understanding of property management requirements and assist the organization with compliance of all internal and external requirements. The candidate will lead the execution of property assessments ensuring the readiness of the Property Management Business System, generating, and managing corrective actions with the business system owners. Your daily duties will include (but aren't limited to):
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, issuing, and restocking of materials and equipment.
Monitor stock levels and initiate orders as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Perform regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
Analyze inventory data and generate reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to align inventory needs with business operations.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize shrinkage.
Maintain proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory to ensure ease of access and compliance with safety standards.
Operate and maintain inventory management software systems, ensuring data integrity.
Provide training and guidance to team members on inventory processes and procedures as needed.
Salary Range: $65K-$70K Annaully
Responsibilities
Minimum of five (1-3) years of experience in inverntory management
Understanding of Property Management requirements, including CAP, GFE/GFP marking, and management from procurement/receipt through consumption or disposition
Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills with all levels of management and cross-functional team leadership and coordination
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently across a range of complex projects
Proficiency in MS Office applications including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Travel expected will be ~20% to locations within the US, potentially including federal installations
Physical Requirements: Position does require the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for distances greater than 50 feet
Qualifications
Demonstrated previous success as a Government property manager with participation in at least one (1) Property Management Audit
Prior military or federal service employee preferred
