Job Description:

The Executive Recruiting Team at HPE is on a mission to identify visionary leaders who will propel our ability to transform how people live and work. As the Executive Recruiting Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition (TA) organization. This position requires leading and developing a high-performing team of executive talent sourcers and recruiting coordinators while shaping our strategies for executive talent pipelining. Improve and drive operational efficiencies through workflows, recruitment tools, tracking and monitoring candidate progress. With your extensive expertise in talent research, insights, and mapping, you'll build diverse, top-tier executive talent pipelines. You'll manage and mentor your team, drive operational excellence, and craft strategic sourcing strategies that deliver impactful results. Your focus will be on providing an outstanding candidate experience and attracting top leaders to HPE.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Refine and enhance our executive sourcing strategies to effectively identify, attract, engage, and assess diverse top executive talent. Innovate in executive sourcing, including comprehensive talent mapping, to build robust, diverse pipelines for HPE.

  • Improve and drive operational efficiencies through workflows, recruitment tools, tracking and monitoring candidate progress

  • Serve as a thought leader in executive talent sourcing, staying current with best practices, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence. Lead with a proactive approach to strategic sourcing partnerships.

  • Drive strong engagements with partners for better outcomes.

  • Use data-driven insights to proactively identify and attract top-tier executive talent, driving improvements in our candidate pipelines.

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing executive talent sourcing team. Set clear performance goals, provide ongoing guidance, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Advocate for HPE's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, ensuring our workforce reflects the diversity of our customers. Champion DEI throughout the hiring process.

  • Promote a growth mindset within the team, adapting to changing dynamics and continuously evolving our strategies.

Experience and Skills


  • Over 10 years of experience in executive talent sourcing, with a proven record of leading and expanding a team on both the delivery and operations side of TA.

  • Extensive knowledge of operations methodologies in the recruitment fields.

  • Strong track record in developing and executing strategic executive sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Expertise in building diverse talent pipelines and nurturing long-term prospect relationships.

  • Proven ability to influence and achieve goals through collaboration with business leaders, HR partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and external partners.

  • In-depth knowledge of the external talent landscape, including market trends, competitors, and general talent availability.

  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and its implications clearly.

  • Technologically savvy, with proficiency in leveraging tools and technology to manage talent pipelines, ensure data integrity and ability to measure SLA's and KPI's.

If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $98,000.00 - $225,500.00
