About the Role:

Analyzing data and financial systems processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating recommendations to management

What You’ll Do:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzes requirements for CGI Momentum Suite (i.e.financial systems).


• Determines configuration/process changes needed to support requirements.


• Participates in the configuration of the financial systems, Develops and executes test plans &


• scripts to support testing of the financial systems.


• Develops appropriate system documentation (e.g., end-user, functional, technical) as required to maintain the financial systems.


• Leads user support activities including Helpdesk and training.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or Accounting from an accredited college /university OR commensurate experience.


• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal financial systems.


• Experience serving as a technical lead or functional lead.


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with CGI Momentum Software Suite 6.x or higher with a strong preference of 1 year or more with 7.


• Proficient in various software programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Clearance: 

Applicants selected may be subject to a government background investigation and may be required to meet the following conditions of employment.

Security Requirements/Background Investigation Requirements: 

• Must be a U.S Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.


• Favorable credit check for all cleared positions 


• Successfully passing a background investigation including drug screening.

  Standing/Walking/Mobility:  Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees. Standing for prolonged and extended periods of time.

  Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling:  0% - 10% of the time.


• 
  Lifting/Pulling/Pushing:  0% - 10% of the time.


• 
  Fingering/Grasping/Feeling:  Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.


• 
  Sitting:  Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
