We seek a full-time Office Administrator and Customer Service Coordinator to join our fast-growing, highly congenial workplace.

You must clearly demonstrate your relevant experience and administrative expertise. Your ability to communicate effectively is key to managing our office environment including interpersonal and written skills.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma

2 Year College Degree preferred or previous office experience (References Required)
Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling
Microsoft Office Skills; specifically, Microsoft Excel & Word, Professionalism
Confidentiality, Organization, Travel Logistics, Typing, Verbal Communication

RESPONSIBILITIES - INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: *
- DAILY NORMAL OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES.
- CUSTOMER BILLING AND INVOICING.
- MAINTAIN REQUIRED SERVICE RECORDS .
- IMPROVING AND DEVELOPING CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE COORDINATION.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATION WITH VARIOUS PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS TO HELP IMPROVE CUSTOMER
PROFITABILITY.
- SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING COORDINATION WITH AD AGENCY
