RESPONSIBILITIES - INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: * - DAILY NORMAL OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES. - CUSTOMER BILLING AND INVOICING. - MAINTAIN REQUIRED SERVICE RECORDS . - IMPROVING AND DEVELOPING CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE COORDINATION. - CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATION WITH VARIOUS PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS TO HELP IMPROVE CUSTOMER PROFITABILITY. - SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING COORDINATION WITH AD AGENCY * DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
