POSITION: Service & Support Administrator Supervisor
DUTIES (include but not limited to the following):
* Will assist the Director of Community Services in maintaining the daily operations of the department. * Provides supervision and direction to the departmental staff assigned. * Reviews and authorizes TCM progress notes, Individual Service Plans (ISPs), PAWS and PAS documents for accuracy and compliance with waiver and supported living guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS (include but not limited to the following):
* Hold or be eligible for and maintain Service & Support Administration Ohio DODD Management Certification. * Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field (Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and LSW or LISW preferred). * Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in human services preferred. * Some experience working with individuals who have DD. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent computer skills with various word processing and database management programs. * Familiarity with Ohio's waiver reimbursement system. * Excellent math skills.
