Job Overview

The Manager of HIV Prevention is responsible for leading HIV Prevention, Education, Behavior Change, Outreach and Testing Activities. The Manager serves as subject matter expert on outreach, individual and group level interventions and program promotion and development to Gay, Bisexual and Men Who Have Sex with Men in Los Angeles and Orange County.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Arts Degree in social service field, human services, or business administration required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a community HIV Prevention program or human service-related field, such as social work, psychology, nursing, counseling or health education required.

3. Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred.

4. Experience working in non-profit environment and working with government contacts desired.

5. Experience working with budgets and HIV funding sources preferred.

Compensation

$97,760.00 - $147,045.60 annually
