About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to join the Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) Cloud Engineering & Operations team. Specifically, this is a critical role on the EFT Cloud Release Delivery team for cloud onboarding, communications, cross organizational interaction and coordination, program tracking across multiple organizations and efforts, change and release management, and to help establish Agile processes.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
  • Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
  • Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
  • Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Develop costing models using FinOps principles for cloud consumption
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables for the cloud migration program
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including technology and business senior leaders, and vendors to gather requirements
  • Communicate status, risk, issues, and over all work effort tasks to stakeholders
  • Allocate and manage resources and monitor utilization and adjustment of plans to meet project goals and desired outcomes
  • Monitoring EFT cloud spend across CSPs (GCP and Azure)
  • Providing trending data, anomalies, and opportunities for cost improvements from the provide tooling
  • Collaborate with CIO teams to implement recommended costing optimizations provided by Platform Architecture, Engineering and/or tooling
  • Identify and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data experience
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Design experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
  • 3+ years of experience creating reports and user stories in Jira
  • 2+ years of experience with Azure or Google cloud
  • 3+ years of experience in an Agile environment
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cloud providers and cloud technologies and proficiency with project management tooling (Microsoft Project)
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate at multiple levels ranging from technologists to senior managers and executive leadership.
  • Ability to deliver & engage with partners effectively in a multi-cultural environment by demonstrating co-ownership & accountability in a matrix structure.
  • Ability to execute business vision, strategies, and goals.
  • Relevant project management and cloud certifications (PMP, Agile, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud) are advantageous

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
