This roles is in the office three days a week, seated in the city located on the req.

It's an exciting time in IAM for Wells Fargo.

We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Access Onboarding and Trust Framework Leader. You'll lead a team of people, have excellent communication, influence skills, and enjoy technical challenges.

You'll ultimately lead the maturity of processes, developing and running operational routines related to the IAM controls and processes within scope.

We need a been there done that IAM leader, who has a demonstrated track record of leading control operations efforts in a technical organization. You're the kind of person who leads with structure, logic and empathy, and is interested in cross training team members and helping them career path. In addition, you have demonstrated experience in building, leading, developing and retaining a high performing team of leaders that are strong subject matter experts and high performing professionals.

Each day you will manage and support Onboarding to IAM tools and the operational management of Trust Framework operations as a primary focus. You'll guide development of actionable risk-based roadmaps and plans to mature IAM controls.

Ultimately, you are passionate about IAM, controls and making a difference where you work.

In addition, you will:
  • Identify opportunities and practical risk-based strategies for continuous improvement of IAM trust framework practices, in alignment with IAM Governance
  • Effectively collaborate/negotiate with partners such as first line, second line and third line (internal audit) functions to improve IAM control maturity with a systematic risk-based approach
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more-experienced managers, as this role will need to support applications across all of WFT
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Technology experience
  • 2+ years of Identity and Access Mgmt experience with direct or relevant work experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Risk management, governance and compliance experience
  • Foundational understanding of IAM tools and processes
  • Significant experience leading controls operations at a large financial services institution
  • Advanced experience driving assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive set of security technologies and processes
  • Measurable impacts and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Highly effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills with a collaborative and results oriented leadership style.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills within a complex, matrixed environment; able to gain support and cooperation and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members to achieve results without direct organizational control
  • A desire for creating highly functioning processes
