What you'll do...


Walmart Time & Pay is looking for a Director of Project Management to join the Customer Success team charged with developing best-in-class processes and mechanisms to ensure efficient project delivery, providing customers with clear planning and transparent communication, and advocating on their behalf.



What you'll do:





  • Manage strategic projects by developing, prioritizing, and coordinating project work plans; ensuring project objectives are aligned with overall program goals and deliverables.


  • Create high impact deliverables mainly in PowerPoint and Excel.


  • Monitor project milestones against project schedules and budgets; tracking projects and communicating status to key stakeholders.


  • Identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project; develop strategies to mitigate those risks and prioritize resolution of critical issues.


  • Connect the dots across the various teams and workstreams to ensure knowledge transfer and connectivity.


  • Elevate updates to senior leadership to drive decisions and report on progress.





What you'll bring:





  • Proven track record of executing complex, high profile projects (M&A / Integrations, Transition Management).


  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including overseeing consultants.


  • Expertise around complex project management

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 7 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
3 years' supervisory experience.
4 years' project management experience.
