You'll maintain the overall store culture and ensure the staff¬ represent and embrace our culture and goals. Furthermore, you'll oversee the operational and organizational standards of the store through marketing and financial strategies.<br><br>This role takes place at a Yardbird premium outdoor furniture showroom.
