Organized RN whose duties will include supervising nursing staff and their day-to-day duties on behalf of senior management, reporting any issues that may arise during shifts to managers, and liaising with patients and medical professionals to ensure quality patient care. Works as a mentor and assists with crisis intervention. Participates in the facilities performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.


  • Ensuring that patients receive quality healthcare

  • Can use problem solving skills effectively and safely

  • Ensuring that Parkside’s policies and procedures are followed

  • Performing administrative duties, including scheduling nursing staff shifts

  • Expediting issues of concern to senior administrators

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:


  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license without restrictions

  • CPR/First Aid Certification

  • Aggression Management and Trauma Informed.

  • Exceptional ability to ensure high-quality patient care and expedite concerns

  • Advanced ability to supervise nursing staff and schedule shifts

  • Ability to collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals

  • In-depth knowledge of best practices and experience in Mental Healthcare

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
