Overview

Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. provides its CourseLeaf software to more than 500 of the nations most academically complex colleges and universities to manager their academic catalogs, curriculum, section scheduling, registration, and syllabi management.

Our Project Coordinator plays an integral role in the setup and implementation of clients CourseLeaf products. The position supports the Implementation Team with their day-to-day activities and client projects. The role will establish and maintain working relationships between clients and Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. Our Project Coordinator is the only position in the company that speaks with every client. This position sets the tone for our incoming clients on their experience with Leepfrog and the CourseLeaf product.

What You'll Do
Regularly track and communicate project status and implementation needs with CourseLeaf clients, ensuring outstanding customer service and accurate information. Manage client onboarding by facilitating the transition from Sales to Implementation and gathering project requirements. Serve as a liaison between internal departments and clients, coordinating effectively with the Implementation Team, Support, and Quality Assurance. Organize and prioritize projects within the Project Management Team, ensuring timely problem resolution and client satisfaction. Create and maintain project milestones, schedules, and reports, while preparing necessary meeting materials and adhering to deadlines.
