Job Description:

The Partner Development Manager (PDM) is a key member of the ASOTU team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service for existing ASOTU partners, and driving revenue growth inside of existing accounts or through net new partnership acquisition. In this role, the PDM serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, acting as a trusted liaison between them and internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience. They take a proactive role in prospecting new business, identifying revenue opportunities through strategic networking, outreach, and deepening industry relationships.The PDM is responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and developing tailored solutions that align with ASOTUs offerings. The primary goal is to help clients achieve the visibility they seek while continuously identifying ways to expand business opportunities and foster long-term growth.To ensure optimal results, the PDM collaborates across all relevant departments within ASOTU. They work closely with revenue teams to develop effective strategies for keeping our partners engaged, satisfied, and motivated to grow with us.Regular duties include, but are not limited to:Serve as the primary point of contact for ASOTU clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Proactively prospect and identify new revenue opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry engagement.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning them with ASOTUs offerings.Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions to common challenges.Develop and present customized solutions that address client needs and support their business goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and client deliverables.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ASOTU products and services to existing clients.Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and ensure ongoing partnership success.Track and analyze client data to uncover trends, inform strategies, and drive new business development initiatives.CompensationStarting at $50,000 - $60,000 per year with additional bonuses available based on sales performanceEmployee Health BenefitsUnlimited PTOWe hire based on compatibility with our core values and beliefs:ASOTU is passionate about highlighting what makes the retail automotive industry the best industry on earth.
