Opening of new claims, data entry of claim information including check issuance, preparing and sending required claim forms, answering incoming telephone calls, and placing outbound calls as necessary are key functions of this exciting, fast paced role. Individuals that can work with a high level of accuracy, interact well with others, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and have the ability to learn a variety of internal computer systems are encouraged to apply.
