We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Intake Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
As an Intake Assistant, you will be helping the Family Law Consultants with administrative tasks related to answer phone calls, scheduling consultations, and onboarding new clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and screen new callers
Transfer qualified callers to a Family Law Consultant
Send appointment confirmation emails to clients
Calendar initial Attorney meetings with clients
Create and send retainer agreements and other forms to clients
Keep track and follow up with potential new clients
Build and keep reports of key metrics for intake team
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Experience at a law firm is preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to take instruction and work as part of a team.
