Our team is mainly virtual but we value our in-person retreats in Delaware 2-4 times annually.

General responsibilities include:
• Supports the Program Manager in overseeing the logistics of a complex, year-long data collection program
• Logistical responsibilities include adhering to the program timeline, helping maintain our database, providing customer support to about 200 colleges nationwide, participating in data report production, vendor management
• Marketing responsibilities include helping manage two websites, supporting on an annual recruitment campaign, supporting on two annual publications of survey findings
• Facilitates HelpDesk during survey administration period - both phone and email support
• Attends professional development conferences 1-2 times per year
• Participates in cross-functional training in other departments including sales, marketing, and consulting

A great candidate will have:
• BA/BS
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Marketing experience is a plus
• Website management experience is a plus
• Adobe Suite experience is a plus
