Skill Set: • Ability to work with large data volumes and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of logical data structures and analysis techniques. • Data tracing, Data mining, visualization, analysis - identifying patterns/trends, exploratory data analysis, root cause analysis. • Strong working knowledge of Workday and Resources • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently. • Highly proficient in MS Office - Excel • HR technology experience a plus
