Job Description:

Location: El Paso, TX

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Patient Service Representative to work onsite at their offices in El Paso.



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Scheduling patients to see provider.


• Working with 6 schedulers over all team is 30 employees.


• Making about 30-50 calls a day, and scheduling 8-10 a day.

Prior Healthcare, front desk, corporate setting, or call center experience would be helpful.
Client needs a team player with some customer service experience, at least one year.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED

Hours are Monday thru Friday - 8a to 5p

Right now, this is a 3-6 month contract assignment but it does have the potential to go longer, or even permanent.
