Location: Walpole, MA

Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $42.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Biochemist 1


This position is onsite in East Walpole, MA
This is a W2 contract


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform MFG formulation protocols.


• Execute QC testing protocols (instrument proficiency, MFG, and QC protocols).


• Review data and batch records.


• Utilize Microsoft Office proficiently.


• Foster a team environment.


• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.


• Perform lab duties as required.


• Have a basic understanding of SAP.


• Comply with ISO, GMP, and QSR standards.

Skills:

• Excellent organization and time management skills.


• Proficient laboratory techniques.


• Ability to work individually and in a team setting.

Education:

• BS/BA in a related discipline, or an advanced degree where required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of lab experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.


• Basic knowledge of professional principles and skills.


• Effective use of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in the area of specialization.

Key Working Relationships:

• Primary contacts are with the immediate manager and others in the group.
