Process Engineer - Mill Finishing at Arconic in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Arconic is currently in search of Process Engineer to join our Mill Finishing department in Lancaster, PA.

The position will provide process and maintenance reliability improvements to safely meet the Lancaster Mill business plan by providing support to production and maintenance department to achieve plant goals. Assist and lead production, technical and maintenance with various types of equipment and reliability issues from a problem-solving perspective. Develop, manage and implement process/equipment improvement related projects and interface with Maintenance and Engineering to provide process engineering support.
