Job Description:

The Oaks Post Acute is a pristine 122 bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Orangeburg, SC. We are excited to share that we are operating under NEW OWNERSHIP with a new dynamic team! • Schedule: Full time 40 hrs/week; hours vary

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience with minor home repairs


• Painting experience a must


• Ability to operate small machines (ie pressure washer)


• Willingness to take initiative


• Flexibility for a flexible schedule


• Customer service experience as there will be interaction with families

The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.
