Summary:
Primary administrative support to Chair of Gynecology. GYN Department is highly-active in clinical, research, & teaching missions, so administrative assist will perform duties in support of the newly-appointed Chair's vision in all these areas of activities, as well as the associated faculty and/or staff engaged in those missions.


Salary range is $54,860 - $66,634 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.




Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience


1. Associate's degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.


NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.



Preferred Qualifications



The preferred candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and experience in management, tracking of funds, and supporting an executive level position. The preferred candidate should possess strong professionalism as expressed with complete discretion with sensitive information and/or financial data, written and verbal communication, and personal behavior. In addition, the preferred candidate should have strong Microsoft suite skills, event planning, and travel coordination experience.
