In 2021, we acknowledged the need for Enterprise Architecture changes based on an analysis looking at our business needs, our current pain points, our technical gaps, and our strategic vision. The current application systems architecture supporting order to cash, produce to deliver and record to record business capabilities is not adapted to the business growth and evolution beyond 2026.

To enable Vision 2025, several transformation programs have already started (such as MDM, Headless-OMS, Veritas, FoT, The Box, 1NAV) and must be launched (such as omni- OMS, new system of records (ERP)). These programs are not just systems upgrades or changes, they will also focus on standardization of the business processes. To create value, they are business transformations needing a specific organizational design to ensure quality, efficiency, governance, visibility, and transparency. They must be business led from the top of the organization down to every unit.

The Regional NA Functional Expert - Production Sequencing works with NA BTO team members, COE teams members, and business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed. The Regional NA Functional Expert - Production Sequencing is an active thought partner and solution visionary who shapes capability demand among the business community.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum five years of experience in business transformation and/or software implementation projects


• Demonstrated experience in writing requirements


• Demonstrated commitment to a career in business transformation


• Deep knowledge of E2E Planning processes, especially Production Scheduling.


• Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements


• Ability to create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations


• Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies


• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products


• Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions


• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards


• Has APS and other system Implementation experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Process Mapping and Analysis: Work with regional stakeholders to map out current planning processes, identify inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement with the new APS.


• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with regional users and business leaders to define functional requirements for the APS implementation, ensuring it aligns with regional needs. Translate requirements into user stories which will be used to create Solution Design Document.


• Change Management: Support change management initiatives by educating regional users on the new APS system, its functionalities, and the benefits it provides.


• Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support system testing and UAT to identify and address any regional-specific issues with the APS configuration.


• Configuration and Customization: Work with the project team to configure the APS to meet your region's specific planning processes and workflows. This might involve defining regional parameters, data mapping, and report customization.


• Regional Training Delivery: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions tailored to the needs of your regional users. This could involve hands-on training on the APS functionalities and best practices.


• Data Migration and Cleansing: Collaborate with the data migration team to ensure accurate and clean regional data is migrated to the new APS system.


• End-User Support: Provide ongoing support to regional users after go-live, addressing their questions and troubleshooting any system issues within the regional context.


• Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze regional planning processes using the new APS. Identify opportunities for further optimization and work with the project team to implement improvements.


• Knowledge Sharing: Document and share best practices learned during the implementation with other regions or departments for future reference.
