Shift: Sunday 4 PM - Completion and Monday -Thursday, 5 PM - Completion
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to train all positions in the warehouse within company standards.
- Train individuals in receiving, picking, packing, quality control, slotting, loading, and replenishment functions.
- Ability to work various shifts based on staffing or DC business needs.
- Operate Power Industrial Equipment as needed and attain appropriate certification. (i.e., Genie Lift, Stand-up Forklift, Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)
- Training new hires on required skills.
- Ownership in the success of the individual or team.
- Good critical thinking skills with the ability to see the "big picture"
- Position includes standing, sitting, walking in a warehouse environment.
- Minimal supervision with considerable latitude for independent judgment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good communication skills and ability to speak with individuals and explain processes.
- Passion and commitment to the success of our team and individuals.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$18.56 - $30.94
