Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading healthcare organization to hire (6) Sr. Building Mechanics.


Your new role


The job duties for the Sr. Building Mechanic include the following:


- Completion of work orders associated with Mechanical, Electric, Plumbing and other needed maintenance
- Work on Preventive Maintenance activities, including BMS (Building Management System)
- Ensure logs and inventory are up-to-date
- Special projects including: Office builds/renos, evaluating refrigeration performance, etc.


What you'll need to succeed


The ideal candidate will possess the following:


- Strong experience supporting building maintenance operations


- Skilled in MEP functions, including work orders and BMS
- Ability to perform multi-site work- (Manhattan, LIC, Westbury, LI and Rye, NY)- *Work vehicle will be provided*


What you'll get in return


Hourly between $29-$33, benefits, PTO, car provided
