The successful applicant must a Bachelors Degree in
healthcare, business administration or other relevant field.
A minimum of ten (10) years operations and management
experience. A minimum of five (5) years of management level
experience in a health care field required. Five (5) years of
general medical office billing and collections experience
preferred. OR any relevant combination of education and
experience totaling fifteen (15) years. Must have valid drivers license. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy
of academic transcript/degree, certifications, copy of valid
drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if
claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be
submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE
INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE
DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS.
This position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP)
within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy and
subject to random drug testing. The successful applicant,
if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a
pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month
probationary period. Salary is $39.38 - $45.26 per hour,
