Talent Partner Director

JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Partner Director is a strategic leader responsible for driving talent management initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture for the BU (Business Unit) and enterprise functions. Additionally, this role will have global responsibility for incorporating lean methodologies into our processes, driving efficiency across all regions. This role reports into the Senior Director of Talent Management and collaborates closely with senior executives, HR partners, and business leaders to align talent and organizational effectiveness strategies with business goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Builds a talent strategy by actively partnering with the BU and Functional HRBPs to ensure a solid talent pipeline that aligns to their business plans.

  • Advises managers on identifying and developing high performing and high potential talent, preparing for talent reviews, designing succession plans, and on-boarding their leaders

  • Provides development support and coaching to leaders, including career, performance, development and relationship coaching support.

  • Provides deep expertise in talent evaluation and assessment with both individual leaders and talent pools and be accountable for talent assessment tools and processes.

  • Reports on metrics and group level insights on engagement, pipeline strength and leadership development themes by analyzing the cumulative assessment results.

  • Partners with global team to facilitate Leadership Solutions learning & development programs with the Business and Functional organizations.

  • Works with recruiting and hiring managers to utilize TM insights and data to support internal talent searches.

  • Recommends and manages external consultants or vendors and provide Jabil perspective ensuring vendors and consultants understand Jabil’s needs and in turn customize programs to address Jabil’s leadership development needs.

  • Leads the global process review and efficiency design across all regions and function/site HR teams to reduce redundancy and align processes to a new standard of work.

  • Champion change in the organization and be a powerful force for talent development through external thought leadership, bringing in market-leading thinking and new approaches that move the organization forward.

  • Drive best practices in feedback giving/receiving and the administration of the performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance reviews.

  • Ensure alignment between individual performance and organizational goals and a “pay for performance” culture.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR or talent management experience, including 7+ years of supervisory experience

  • Proven track record leading talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management in a global, complex environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Certification in Hogan assessment a plus
