Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Schedule: This is a part time position working Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Job Description: Are you a friendly and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working with senior citizens? Santa Rosa Post Acute is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our facility. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for our residents and their visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.


• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.


• Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and welcoming.


• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services for residents.


• Handle inquiries and provide information about the facility and its services.


• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.


• Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for residents and visitors.


• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.


• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with senior citizens.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties.


• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email).


• Positive attitude, patience, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
